The integration of new technologies is not only changing how we extract resources but also how we train the professionals who will lead the sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The central themes of our meetings included:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Petrophysics and Geosciences:<\/strong> New approaches in complex reservoir characterization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Reservoir Engineering:<\/strong> Optimization and simulation in energy transition environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Formation Evaluation:<\/strong> The impact of digitalization and real-time data acquisition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Education Programs:<\/strong> The challenge of designing training that bridges the gap between academia and the technological demands of companies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\udd1d The Value of Reconnecting<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The most rewarding part of these events is undoubtedly the human factor. We had the immense pleasure of sharing ideas and strengthening bonds with leading figures in the sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">A special mention to our esteemed colleagues <strong>Marcelo Laprea-Bigott, Jorge Zajia, Oman Oquendo, and Douglas Betancourt<\/strong>, with whom we enjoyed pleasant and enriching discussions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To each of them, thank you for sharing your vision and contributing to the strengthening of our global technical community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2728 Innovation with Purpose<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">We returned from <strong>SPE ATCE 2025<\/strong> with a renewed vision.
