At Educational Engineering, we firmly believe that education is the driving force behind the transformation of any industry. Therefore, it fills us with deep pride to have recently supported the RTW (Ready to Work) organization, an initiative of the AAPG Young Professionals (AAPGYP) association in Venezuela.
During the event held this past November 2025, we witnessed something much greater than a mere technical session: we saw the emergence of the leaders who will soon take the reins of the energy sector.
🚀 RTW: The Bridge to the Professional World
The Ready to Work program has a critical mission: to prepare students and recent graduates for the real-world challenges of the labor market. Our collaboration in this space allowed us to witness two fundamental pillars of the Venezuelan youth:
- Exceptional Talent: The technical capability and analytical sharpness of the participants prove that foundational training remains at a world-class level.
- Contagious Enthusiasm: Beyond knowledge, the passion and energy to innovate in geosciences were the common denominator of the day.
